Yoomin Lee

I’m a first-year M.S. student in Computer Science (AI) at the University of Southern California. I work in computer vision and applied machine learning, with a focus on measurable quality/robustness and reliable, reproducible deployment. I’m especially interested in evaluation under distribution shift and the engineering that turns promising models into dependable products.
Previously, I was a research member in the AIoT Group at Seoul National University, and an undergraduate researcher in the Multimodal AI Lab at Hanyang University; earlier, I worked at COGA Robotics’s advanced R&D center as intern. My projects have spanned sensor–model co-design for robust recognition, dataset design and protocol building, and hardening ML pipelines for real-world use.
I received a B.S. in Computer Science & Interior Architecture Design from Hanyang University. The design training sharpened my spatial reasoning and user-centered thinking, which I apply to building clear, reproducible ML baselines and fast demos. If you’d like to discuss practical ML or vision systems, feel free to reach out by email.
